About Chill-R

Chill-R is an eco-friendly, curbside recyclable, paper-based insulated insert from IPG. It provides a reliable and sustainable solution for shipping temperature-sensitive products like perishable drinks, food, and pharmaceuticals. Say goodbye to bulky foam packaging and hello to a more efficient, compliant, and environmentally responsible way to ship your beverages! We paired Chill-R inserts with 3-6-12 pulp bottle trays, kraft shipper boxes, and gel ice packs for a complete cold-chain solution for the wine industry.

At WCP, we offer two configurations of thermal shippers that can accommodate both 6 or 12 bottles of wine. Both sizes have Chill-R insulation with a thickness of 1 inch and an R-value of 3.45. The shipper boxes and trays have a slot to accommodate frozen gel packs for warm-weather shipments, which are not necessary during cooler temperatures.
